Hi:
Just bought a used Shure SRH 1840 headphone which comes with a spare set of ear pads....I don't have the phones just yet,but I want to change out the pads when it comes...how do I change them? Thanks,Huck

You just pull gently around the edge of the pads and they should lift off.
