How do I change my GMT Time setting?

No.I mean how can I find the button option to access the setting?I search in my profile setting there's no GMT time setting.

User CP > Edit Options > date-time.

Maybe it's not labeled GMT, but instead simply +/-0 hours?

would surprise me if theres no setting for GMT
