I want to download this but Apple has blocked access to it.

Can I buy a song from iTunes and get the artwork out of the file?

Create an iTunes Store account and log in. Then tag your albums correctly and iTunes will pull artwork from iTunes Store.
Or manually copy/paste pictures from ex. Google Images into iTunes
