How can I change my icon text color?

Title says it all. Currently, it's white, but I want to use this white desktop, and I can't figure out how
confused.gif

I'm using XP home btw.

Acctuly if you set you backgroud color to white then the Icon text color is automaticly changed to black. Well at least it is on my machince (WinXP pro)

Under display properties click the Desktop tab, and change the color in the bottom right hand corner to white.

That worked, until I put a wallpaper up. It changed back to a white =\
