Specifically the Sansui SR-5090 Direct Drive or similar models. And how about Technics Dat2 cartridge. Guessing the cartridge is not amazing but I really have no idea how decent it is.
How are Sansui turntables?

Sansui SR-5090? It is no good. You are better off giving it to me to find a practical use for it in my system

You're right actually it is a Pickering. The seller listed it as a Technics which confused me. It's just a Technics headshell.

We are going back some time with this. My memory is not so clear with every cartridge and stylus that I handled. You must remember that I am referring to an era when alcohol was cheap and the wrong kind of smoke got into your eyes.
But I am almost certain that the DAT2 made a great...DJ stylus. If I am right about this then you are looking at getting a better cartridge for your needs.
