Whats the difference between them and the 700s?

And how well do they drown outside noise?

And are both of them pretty tight on the ears? Will they fall off easily if not put on perfect? Will something like running have them fall off?

for ath-em7, no outside noise isolation at all.
never tried to run with them, but i think they will fall, they hang on your ears rather than hug them.
