I already triedcontacting them trough msn, but they usually aren't there or afk. Help? I want to get my RE0 replaced/repaired so badly T_T

Sigh... I had the same problem a few months ago.... I called, left messages, etc, never spoke to an actual person, never got an email replied to... I fixed em myself eventually. Most people here say that they have excellent customer service so YMMV. I just couldn't contact them.

You can send them an email, they will get back to you pretty quickly.

Just today one of my RE-Zero earphone stopped working. I am gonna try and contact customer service too. Hopefully Mdraluck23's experience is just one unfortunate case...

well, it is not. I was unable to get a response from them, I had to fix it myself too. On one hand, the earpiece just needed a bit of glue, on the other hand, there goes my warranty -.-
