How about the sound card Diamond Monster MX400?

Somebody told me the sound card has great effect for enjoying music and has strong power to driver headphone for good timbre even though it is a old version sound card.

Is it true or false?

If it is true, compare the sound card with Chaintech AV-710 Review, which one is better?

Though I haven't listened to the card, I'm willing to bet the AV-710 will beat it in all respects. Considering it is a review done in 2000, sound technology has improved quite a bit since then.
