Judging by the pictures provided, and my mood at the moment I went with mandy.

She looked more sultry and a lot less posed and she doesn't seem to be suffering from barbie doll syndrome as much as the others (shakira anyone).

And that pic of Britney is definitely pre-Federline. ("mirror mirror on the wall, how can I look like a ********* today?") Pregnancy, drugs, and slumming it have not been kind to mizz Spears.

EDIT: I'll say I wouldn't mind touching any but the top two, and not based on those pics but on their most recent visages.
