Hi, I am a newbie in this but as far as I know there are several ways to hook my new RS170  to my system. I have a Samsung UN46D6450 ,a Denon 590 receiver and a LG 670 BRP.
First...As far as I know If I hook my transmitter to the TV audio out...since it is a fixed audio I need to decrease the TV volume and depend on the headset volume. Is that correct?
Second, I may hook the transmitter to the front headphoneout  jack of my Denon, but I would need to turn on the Receiver since I use it mostly "passthrough" 
My reason to use the Sennheiser is for not disturbing my sleeping wife...
Third, I may hook the transmitter to the LG.
 
Which of the three options would be bette rin term of AQ.??

a pair of rca interconnects from the tape out of your av receiver to the rca inputs of your rs170 base unit
