I never researched planar earphones until I was 30, and I started researching them a week ago.
At first I thought about producing dynamic speakers, but it's easier to produce planar headphones.
Purchased materials
Magnets
Glue
This is my first try.
Aluminum foil tape and thick nylon.
Video
My second try.
I don't have a 3D printer, so I'll use wooden spoons: D.
Magnets are ready. I think I placed the magnets close together. I'm not sure.
I tested it with different nylons I found at home. But I don't like the sound.
What do you suggest I use instead of plastic? Can I use the tape from the picture?

I need your advices.
