Since my HD 280 is now relegated to computer-duty, replacing a previous Plantronics headset, I thought I'd go for the HMD 280 conversion.
Now the reason I like the 280 for this use is that my 'systems room' at home is very noisy. The problem I see if I go for the headset conversion is that the mic will pick up the very high level of background noise.
Could I get the HMD280 conversion with a noise-cancelling mic? Is it standard?
