HM602 Replacement Follow-up

Hi Miss T,
 
Just want to ask when you guys can actually return me my HM602 for replacement? The EMS tracking shows that you guys have received the item already last Feb 10, 2011. It's now 13 days since and despite our emails and me making follow-up calls to your office in China and US, I still have no word on this. 
 
Hope you can help me soon as this is my only DAP and I cannot listen to my gears with this not around.

sorry to hijack your thread but have you got back your HM602 already?
 
My HM602 is also spoilt. There is some problem with charging 3 days ago and my player has died on me since.
 
I bought it in November last year and this shouldn't have happen IMO. Could it be poor QC i do not know? However, I am facing the same situation as you in that this is my only PAP and I cannot listen to my songs with this not around.
 
I am still waiting for Mrs T. to get back to me. How's your situation there?
