Anyone have any feedback on HLLY DMK IV Dac? The upgrade version type. 
I read the review for the original version isn't that good, so wonder how's the upgrade version? I am torn between this HLLY & Maverick Audio D1 with my limited budget. 
I just got myself a new Fiio E10 which i am not that impressed with the 3rd hour of running...hopefully it will get better with some burn in.

I had (gave it as a gift to a co-worker) the DMK-IV and liked the DAC section quite well. Was not aware there was a new version, please provide a link. Thanks.
