they sound great to me it's just the darn fit they tend to pop out of your ears and yes i've tried both tips.
no issues besides this.

you havent sent me any proof of shipping nor have i recieved anything from you. I have sent the refund despite all of this and you still have left me negative feedback. what more can i possibly do?

In 22, of October I sent you by Ebay a message that includes information of the shipping back to you, include tracking number.

just to let you know the s4 headphone tips work on these units and while they still pop out  it's not as much.
 theses have a good bit of bass to them when fitted proper.
