Where does Head Fi get THERE high quality music?
 
Am I right in saying that vinyls offer the highest quality other than various uploads of specific tracks by artist?
 
Right now I'm just torrent-ing, however moving into this community, I'm interested in what others are doing.

No you are not right.  Highest quality depends on a plethora of options, a large one being bit rate.  In terms of vinyl rips vs cd, some argue one is better.  I have both in my collection and cant say one is better than the other, but they do offer a different sonic signature.  I for the most part prefer FLAC cd rips.

I've been using what.cd exclusively for years. Literally any vinyl rip found on the internet will be on what.cd so it's a one stop shop for all.
