I did some Googling, and couldn't find a concrete answer to my above questions. I'm sure others have wondered the same thing about their RE0.
While the RE0 has always used the same driver and housing, my understanding is that the cable/connector have had four different revisions. In the interests of the audiophile community (and my curiosity
) I propose that we find out:
1.) How many revisions are there of the HiFiMan RE0?
2.) What are the characteristics that differentiate these revisions?
3.) During which dates were each revision manufactured/sold as new?
If this thread picks up steam, I will stay actively involved and update this post with the community's findings. That way we'll get down to the bottom of this once and for all!!!
