I have few headphones and I love magnetic planar ones. For years I enjoyed my He-560 V2 regardless of the few known flaws. Now I want to get something better and off course should be still planar. I would like to get something with better soundstage and neutral but still with warm sound not bassy but with the right amount of bass to enjoy few genres (he-560 have more bass then 400I I owned and that's why i like them and this excludes Sundara too). Price range? 500 - 700

Yes but they are not planarsYou might want to try the sennheiser hd 650. It is around the price range you're looking to spend.

The he6se can be had around that price point, either the v2 from adorama, or currently the v1 with the better headband direct from hifiman, and would be a pretty direct upgrade of the 560. However, based on the amps in your signature you’d almost certainly need an upgrade there to have enough power, which would end up blowing out your budget.
The LCD-2 classic is also in your price range but may be warmer than your looking for.

I'm listening to an HE-560 now and have another Ananda coming Thursday after spending lots of time with a few of them. If you want an upgrade, that's it. I have an HE5xx here which I call the "Ananda Jr." and it's the best value for the money in the lineup. I've had them all up to the Arya.

I'm a previous HE-560 owner and found both the Ether Flow Open and LCD-X (2021 model) to be substantial upgrades. You can probably find a used LCD-X 2021 or Ether Flow at the upper end of your price range. [If I had to choose, I'd go with the Ether Flow for comfort over the LCD-X].
