They sell the entire headband but it's most of the cost of a 400S. Pads are there, too, under accessories: store.hifiman.com

Thanks but don't need the whole headband. Any quality head pad substitutions? Ear pad subs?

Cheapest option would be AliExpress. Something like the Defean suspension strap. I've had pads from there, too, but I prefer original Hifiman pads.
