Hello,

It's m'y first post and i'm here about a pair of hifiman he400i 2020 that have a "clicky sound" that comes every time I press the right earcup (comes from the frame itself and happens if the pair is powered or not).

I Bought these about 2 months ago with a topping dx3 pro ( My first purchase of open back headphones and a Dac other that a xonar u7 and a wh1000xm2 that i Bought 4 Years ago

I didn't find any teardown of this pair so i have no clue where this sound could come from.

The problem apeared some days ago. It's not a Big deal but it's kind of annoying that i have to not touch my headphone to not hear it.

Contact Hifiman for a replacement unit. Sounds like a defective unit.

I see. It is a minor issue, but it can be annoying. And you should not have this issue. Seems to me that the fitting might be loose or something.
