Hifiman HM-801 DAC -> Burr-Brown PCM1704

Asus Xonar Essence STX (yes that soundcard) DAC -> Burr-Brown PCM1792A

Both these units use some highly regarded Burr-Brown DACs.

You can share your thoughts and knowledges regarding their comparative performance here..

I want to know more about their DAC performances..

I think there is no one can give you the impression of the DAC of HifiMan HM-801.

I think there are some who can. The Can Jam 09 impressions did share some of them and Jude shared it as well. The DAC of HiFiMan HM-801 was good. From the impression of a meet on about 26 July 2009 reported the same thing as well.
