I have got a response back from Hifiman regarding the repair of my 400i headphones.They sent me a new headband complete with new yokes. I have installed it and all is good. I really do like these cans. the best way to describe it is to say the music sounds natural. I am not a audiophile but i can only imagine that these cans are of an audiophile grade.
