There's the Shanling EC Mini (https://www.head-fi.org/threads/introducing-shanling-ec-mini-transportable-cd-player-dap.969879/) & Cayin Mini-CD MK2. These are 'portable' although I'm guessing you're thinking more along the lines of the Walkman style portable CD players.
