Chord fishbowl view is cool - how about a PPA with a lens like that into the internals guys? It would be like the Ferarri that has glass that shows the engine! Or is that the Lambo? Who knows.

Looks like a Chord DAC64 which is a DAC. I didn't know it's lighted like that. I don't really like that or the window.

Did you buy anything at this show?

Going to such shows could be a wallet buster. It was wise you avoided such temptation

It would be cool to set a budget say $200. and setup like 10 pair of cans using a 10 phone amp splitter thing then put in your favorite CD and listen to them all at the same time kinda like they are doing. have each set playing on a metal tree stand and you can just take each set off and on quickly and they would all be playign the same music.

See the Rotel RCD 1072 CD player in the photo? I bought this CD player (not the one in the photo) from them and they sound simply

. Excellent detail, resolution and soundstage.

They did have Alessandro's for demonstration and auditioning; it's just that they just didn't get photographed. I think all of the headphones were available for auditioning including the Omega II. The people that had listened to the Omega II were all amazed by its sound.
