I'm new to head-fi and found this wonderfully designed forum/review/wiki site via a google search. I've been reading a lot the last week or two to learn some about headphones and quite frankly it's a lot more than I expected to get into (seriously thought this would be 3 or 4 hours of investigation and a wikipedia article at most; boy was I wrong). Thanks for having a mind-boggling amount of information available here!
 
There isn't any proper introduction subforum on here so I hope this is in the right place.
