Like people who think you can magically create better sounding WAVs from mp3s.

mp3 enhancement is already a reality in iaudio players.

for resampling, i use the resampling in foobar to listen to mp3, flac files with a 96khz headroom. this made little audible difference to my ears using rock recordings (mp3 320kbps), but classical (flac) the was an audible increase in high treble and fullness to the sound.
