I've been using this forum as my reference for everything IEM related over the years, but I finally decided to sign up and hopefully contribute. I'm not a huge audiophile, but I do appreciate good gear. I'm a music hobbyist/ex musician. I play guitar, upright bass, and cello. I listen to many types of metal despite the awful recordings and amateur writing associated with the genre. I also enjoy a lot of jazz and fusion, classical (mostly baroque era), some new wave, and a bit of classic rock. I have monster Lil jamz for my beaters to wear when I work out or do yard work, I have OG monster turbines, and I ordered MTPC's yesterday. I love the look/feel of monster's products and they sound fine to me. I'm not a huge snob so if there's a better sound out there, it's okay. Sound quality is subjective anyway. Im looking forward to learning all about gear so one day I can shell out the cash for my perfect setup for all my music tastes.
