I'm looking for the best DAP and headphones, but for electronic music where you don't sing much.

The question is if it makes any sense at all, since this music doesn't have as good mastering as the big studios and celebrities (Michael Jackson, Madonna).

Does anyone have any experience?

I like closed headphones over the head with an emphasis on bass.
I have experience with DAP ibasso dx50 and dx90. There shift I recognized.
I have new DAP Astell&Kern 25mk2.
AKG 181 DJ headphones. Sennheiser HD 25 - good performance, but I find them too cheap in combination with DAP.
HD 25 (120eur) vs DAP Astell 25 (700eur).

My last headphones Sennheiser HD 630 (500eur). This is better and sounds better.

The question is... is it worth investing in a higher class?

Astell&Kern Kann Max and Denon 9200 headphones for this?

or would I no longer know the difference and have to listen to different music?

How about Ultrasone Pulse with the 25mk2?

Ultrasone needs no help with bass or trance based music.

Thank you for your answers. Unfortunately, it's not enough. You haven't found any better, more expensive and affordable headphones at higher prices. The Ultrasone 900 is not for sale. I only found the Signature Natural or the Master. Yes, Closedback :)

Sorry reviving an old thread here but in case you or anyone else haven't found the answer yet -
The question is... is it worth investing in a higher class?
YES. 100%. You will always gain from better gear (as long as it is aligned with your preferences and what you listen to).
