I think that this is probably the "audiophile" pcdp that Tuberoller had mentioned several months ago. What do you guys think about it? I want to know if there is an optical line out and the output of the headphone jack...

Very interesting...what do you guys think thumbs up or down?

Nah, I dont think this is an audiophile player...its made for transferring music to SD (Secure Digital) cards in compressed formats (like WMA, MP3, AAC).

hmm, not sure. It seems like they are pushing it as an SD recorder. . .

i looked at it in stores and it doesn't look that good. even the japanese model doesn't have a line out. the remote sucks. the whole thing is all plastic even though the pictures make it look really nice. it only gets about 12 hours of battery life off double a batteries. it is cool because it plays burned mp3s, cds, sd mp3s and it rips cds to mp3 on an sd card. i was wanting to get one till i saw how cheeply it was built and that it had no line out.
