And a beyerdynamic t1. Can i hook all these together without a desktop? Can i use the cd player as my source? Or would i have to plug in the dac to a computer? Sorry fo so many questions, im new to this audiophile, or is it audiofile, thing.

Yes it is whole setup for very highend soundquality which include Cd player to connect with DAC through digital output from CD player and DAC RCA out to connect with AMPs for higher end soundquality.
