I'm in the same situation as you. Needs more posting to be qualified.
But based on my experience: first, you can reply and posting on "Introductions, Help and Recommendations" board. Second, PM is allowed so you can ask questions, make offers personally. I actually did my first purchase on the next day I registered. Though some members may avoid to do business with a newbie.
