For all of you out there who appreciate your highs and lows, maybe you want to partake in the celebration of Heinrich Hertz (1857-1894) who was the one to quantify and measure all those small steps from bass to treble.
 
What would he have thought of today's headphone wonders? "Ach, ausgrechnet von 20 - bis 20 000... Hertz!"
