well I had and Audigy 2 ZS and Have a Fortissimo 3 in my other rig..I think the 2 ZS has better sound quality than the fortissimo3..or at least I could not set the Fort3 for my taste..it was a lil "bassier" but it is strange in my other rig with old speakers an no subwoofer the sound is immense clean..
and this card is very cheap

forget what I said..I tried this card again...and maybe the other time it wwas something wrong..this card rox!
