I have Audio Technica ATH-AD2000's hooked up to a ZERO DAC through USB on my computer.

Whenever there is a lot of Bass, I hear a buzzing/rattling noise through them. Such as the beginning of this song. YouTube - Drake Ft. Trey Songz & Lil' Wayne - Successful + Lyrics

Is there an easy fix? Thanks for any help.

At what system volume are you running and are you using an equalizer?
I've got no experience with an external DAC and amp though, which makes me unsure how this could effect you. I'm just asking because I can reproduce clipping on my soundcard if I set system volume at 100% and use an equalizer.

I occasionally hear a similar noise with my AD2000s, but its due to the way the headphones sit over my ears. Try lifting the drivers off your ears and gently reseating them
