I just got my new neutrik NP3X-B in today, but I am dumbfounded on how this thing works. It has that blue thing inside, and I just do not know what to do. I have tried different ways of sticking it on, but it just doesn't seem to work. I downloaded the neutrik manual, but it doesn't tell me anything either. Can someone help please?

It's pretty straightforward, IMO. You'll probably kick yourself after you figure it out.

The blue piece matches up with the gold plug to create a sort of cylinder. If you are using a large diameter cable, break off the the end of the blue piece.

Yeh. I am kicking myself. Mine seemed to be in the casing backwards, and I was trying to force it in. It ended up falling out so I picked it up and then snapped it on.
