My aunt has brought my uncle an Aigo MP3 player (never heard of them before) but is having problem putting music onto it. They use Windows 2000 on their home computer but it wants Media Player 10 (or higher) to be able to put music onto it.
Is there a way of actually getting Media Player 10 onto Windows 2000? Or is there some other way of getting music onto a player that wants Media Player to do it. I'm not actually sure of the exact model name (yet) but I'll update the thread with information when I have.
I've tried doing a quick look on their main homepage and it doesn't seem to suggest anything that can assist me (or them) in working out what they want. I was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar?
