Yeah, I don't know about the topping or SMSL options you mentioned. The topping measures super bad and while measurements are not everything, I seriously doubt those can offer anything close to that NAD you listened to. The NAD 3020v2 is just out of your budget ( PS audio sprout, Denon pma60...) and would be a good match as NAD sound is usually a little laid back and B&W entry level speakers tends to benefit from laid back equipment IMO.

All of the ones I find are out of your budget. You might end up having to get the SMSL for now but set your expectations accordingly. You never know, you could be in for a good suprise!

I made my budget higher around 400-450 so nad 3020 v2 is a go. What ya think should i go for my amp? Or is that good enough

What ya think between the nad3020 v2 or ps audio sprout?

If you go with the NAD 3020v2, make sure you either have a decent soundcard or integrated audio on your computer to use the coax or optical if you want to connect it directly to your computer. A $450 budget is a healthy one for entry level equipment. There is a lot to choose from depending on your preferences and functions you value the most.

Never heard of them. Looks a lot like the SMSL SP200. They even added SP200 in their description which tells you some about the brand... I really don't know who they are. I checked the specs and it's a copy paste of the SMSL while the internals are different. I would never put my money on this.

This is also not going to power any speakers, it's just a headpĥone amp.

At your own risk with this one.
