After upgrading to iTunes 8, I was not able to stand it for long. It was too slow and cluttered. I decided to go back to iTunes 7.7.1.11. I lost some of the info so I had to re download album artwork. To my disappointment, a lot of it was messed up. Some of the covers have really weird skewed colors. I went onto the iTunes store to see how the artwork looked and it did not look anything like the ones I downloaded. I have tried re-installing and deleting past iTunes information. Also, iTunes cannot recognize some of the albums I was able to get artwork for before. Can anybody help? I use Vista 32-bit.
The left side is what I am getting from iTunes now. The right is how it should look and that's the way it appears in the iTunes store.
I would just like to get back my old clean look of iTunes.
EDIT: Well I just tried upgrading back to iTunes 8 to see if the correct artwork would be loaded. I guess not. It's probably something up with the iTunes store then so this issue will just go unresolved then.
