Hello all,

Ive got a little money wasting away in my paypal account and would like to spend it on more audio gear.

I currently have a pair of astrotec am-90's that are ok, but I want something different, more fun would be what im after.

I listen to alot of rock/metal/alternative with jazz/pop/hip-hop every once in a while. My other phones are Alessandro MS-1 and ATH a900x.

Ill be using them out of my ipod classic, iphone4s, from a Chinese USB dac/amp at work and I think Ill be purchasing this dac/amp for home use as I needed a analog in for my TT and multiple digital ins for a CDP and PC.

So far I'm thinking Phillips Fidelio S1, Hifiman re400, ATH IM50, or Shure se215. Certainly open to other suggestions as well.

Thanks for reading....

What sound signature are you looking for? (Bassy, neutral, V-Shaped,mid-centric?)

Try the Astrotec AX35, they have great bass with good trebles at under $100.
