yeah thats the one i have... i got the idea of the amp from misticriver.net...
the iriver h320 the ipod killer...

Your H320 is probably very similar to my iHP120.

Use the Line out, it has better bass than the headphone out. Also the Line out volume varies with the volume setting, so you can probably delete the pot. You may want to decrease your gain on the amp though or you would have to use very low volumes. My gain is 7 on my mint and I use a pot. A gain between 3 and 7 may work well for you.
