I've heard of a program (might be embedded in outlook express), which will notify you when the recipent of the email you sent opens it and reads it and what not. Anyone have any info on this. much appreciated.

Goto Tools, then options.

Click Email options, then tracking options.

Check the Read receipt and delivery receipt boxes.

Press Ok, and your good to go.
