I am buying new portable phones for my just ordered Cowon D2. I need phones that have good bass, clean highs and with just right midrange. Since i never owned "real" pair of portable phones with better quality i really don´t know what to buy...

I was looking at this:

The denon and sony's should be good for you. The cx500 isn't a bad choice either but it's a little pricey too.

I would jump on the Head-Direct RE2 wagon if I were you. Cleaner and tighter sound than the ones above with a medium amount of bass plus a very attractive price. Otherwise the Denons are probably the next best thing.

No. Shipping cost is to big (taxes, customs...). So out of option everything outside EU.

You are looking at a worst case scenario of like $130 / €80 still a competitive price. 18% import tax, approx $12 shipping. But yeah if you do not want to buy outside EU grab a pair of Denons.
