I already have XB30EX (before that I had XB40EX), I love it. But I wanted more bass, and I was thinking in XB500... Since I already satisfied with XB30EX and I wanted more bass, it's a good go to buy a XB500 headphone? Doest it goes muddier (muddy) between low,mids and highs than xb30ex?

I don't think Sony gives you good value for money. I would suggest the following IEM:
 

• Vsonic GR07BE (excellent...just ordered them)
• T-Peos H-200
• Heir Audio 3Ai
