Hello my name is Julio. Ok so I'm in a hurry to buy new cans, I'm on a tight budget since I need a new guitar and I'm also looking to buy two pairs of cans for about $130 each. I am looking for one pair that would be good for EDM ( basically a pair that would be good with trance's smooth, melodie sound but would also be good with the heavier bass sound cousin, dubstep) and the other for Metal (I do listen to death metal but for now I'm looking for something that would be good for rock and also Metalcore). Any suggestions? I was thinking to maybe getting some sennheisers since i'm a die hard fan, but brand is not important in this situation so please recommend anything on the price range specified. Please answer soon!!!

Also I might just buy one pair so if I do I could spend $170 so also recommend something for this price range please.

Many people love Grados for rock/metal.
Takstar Pro 80 should do the trick for EDM.
