The left channel cut out yesterday and It hasn't even been a year since I bought them, so I was hoping to check the warranty info and exchange them, but their site seems to be down or not in service. Can anyone help me out with this?

How exactly are we supposed to help you return them?? We don't even know where you bought them, or what country you live in!

US citizen but I meant more all g the lines of if anyone had a contact email or shipping address or anything.
