Please help me decide between the Koss DJ Pro 200 and the Logitech UE6000 for general Ipod/ Stereo listening plus TV/Movie watching on home theater using while exercising.  All responses much appreciated!

I own the dj 200, and I think it is a great headphone. The mids are forward and detailed and the soundstage will improve with genuine M50 pads. the imaging is superb. at times I am surprised how this can sounds in this price range... very underrated headphone if you ask me...

I too can vouch for the DJ200s.  I am currently contemplating upgrading to the NAD Viso HP50s, but that is no knock on the Koss Cans.  Pick them up if they are in your budget, you won't be disappointed.  
 
I also agree that the M50 pads are a must.  You can pick a good set up for cheap at Sweetwater.com. Excellent prices and tremendous customer service.

Ue6000 is much better for isolation as it's also noise cancelling. Of the two the UE 6000 has a far better Sig for movies.
