Hey everyone, so my Fiio FF5 (paired with a K3) right side is making a weird rigging noise at some frequency and is really unpleasant to hear in some songs.
I sent email to support last week, still didn't get a response. I bought on ebay from a guy in Germany that didn't like them and sold them after a week, less than 2 years ago, don't know if I have any warranty and heard stories that they charge to ship the item to repair it's not worth it, don't know if that's true or not.

Does anyone had any luck with Fiio Support?
Should I just try to sell the earbuds with this problem to get some money to buy other earbuds or use the cable and just get some MMCX earbuds?
Right now I'm using the NiceHCK EB2S.

Thank you.

If it's out of warranty and cleaning or swapping cable sides to determine if it's that, it's not worth it. If you sell them for parts/not working, someone needs the good side I bet. Grab a pair of Moondrop Chu 2 or Truthear Crinnacle Zero:2 and you'll have lots of fun if you sell the problem ones for half price.

Thank you. Any other recommendations besides in-ear ones?
