HELP NEEDED ! MP4Nation has not Refunded nor Shipped in 6 months.

Hello,
         I ordered a Fiio E7 DAC in December, 11th, 2012. I still haven't recieved neither the product nor the refund!
They shipped the product and it seems there was an attempted delivery on 7th January 2013. The product was undelivered becuase of some supposed insufficient address even though I have mentioned the address very cleary and also the post office could have called me as I have provided my mobile number.
 
     So, when I didn't recieve the product for more than a month, I rasied a ticket about this, MP4nation customer support guy said that undelievered packages will be sent back to the sender and they will refund the amount as soon as they recieve the product back(REFER ALL SCREENSHOTS BELOW)
They claim, till date they haven't recieved the product and they haven't issued a refund ..even though it has been 6 months since I ordered it.
 
And moreover, the customer support is pathetic; they say "You did have the option for a more secure shipping method but you did opt not to pay for this. You will need to take this up locally for compensation." If I had know such a thing would happen I would have never opted for this shipping method nor this site.
 
I tried registering a online complain but I was unable to fill the details in the online complaint form myself because I do not know all the details about the package, so I asked them to register a complaint and they won't even register a complaint with the post office when I asked them to do so. They just simply closed the ticket. Very Unprofessional..   And I called the post office and they said all returned items would be sent back my sea and there is no way to track it and it even takes 3 months to reach. I have no way of finding whether it has been shipped and what the status of the package is.
I know this isn't a cash-on-delivery type of order but 6 months is just too huge, atleast they should for the sake of customer satisfaction should refund it. They know for sure I didn't recieve the product because they can see from the tracking sites. Why can't they just give a refund or atleast deliever an another package !?
 
I bought it using my first salary. $84 is a huge amount for me and I can't afford to lose it. I just registered an account here so I could get some help from senior members to get my money or the product back. Please Help!

Damn, just had a look at scanned in events with the tracking. I can only say 3 things:
 
1. Either the post delivery person stole it, or they delivered it (maybe nobody was home) and they didn't scan it in that it has been delivered
2. The last sorting center lost the item while on hold for redelivery
3. It still in the process of being shipped back, but looks unlikely as it has been 6 months and it doesn't take more than 3 months even by Sea Mail, I could be wrong though.
 
OP, you're pretty much out of luck and the only way to get this problem fixed is via MP4Nation. Link them to this thread, tell them that the you've been treated has been unprofessional as of late as obviously things have gotten out of hand is beyond your control, it's either they lose a lot of customers and there rep if they don't fix up the problem (obviously Head-fi has a fairly big impact) or they can send you another unit.

Thanks. I will start a new Support Ticket and link this thread right now. I really hope they don't close that thread too immediately without resolving the issue. I will post what they say and keep this post updated. They really can't afford to mess with such a huge customer base like Head-fi members and lose their reputation.
