I recently got the schiit stack (modi and magni) but I didn't get the rubber feet. Due to me living in Australia and having a friend in the US buying it for me before coming to AUS. However, my magni didn't come with rubber feet and now my schiit is sliding around whenever I move around too much. Because I don't want to pay shipping costs, I'm wondering if there are any easy ways to fix this problem (rubber feet substitute etc.)

I would send Schiit a mail asking if they could send you the feet. After all, they messed up.

You can go to any hardware store and get one of those half-spherical silicon or rubber bits you put on furniture feet with an adhesive on the flat side.

When I ordered my Bifrost, Schiit also failed to include the rubber feet.
 
I sent them an email and they sent me some for free.

The little pads for putting on the bottom of chair legs would work very well. And they should be cheap!
