Help me reduce fan noise

JW do you have a list of the components in your computer?

If you're on stock cooling for your cpu and gpu, exchanging those for aftermarket ones allows you to run your fans at a lower speed, reducing noise.

There's almost no way that your computer needs 8 fans to keep from overheating. Really, you probably only need 3 or 4.

Removing the grills that normaly are infront of the fans is a tweak. There are also some rubber pins/straps that replaces the screws that the fans are mounted with. That helps against vibrations in the chassie, making it quieter.
Having a quiet chassie is also a good thing. A door in the front with some acoustic treatment will sound less than a fan that's mounted in the open.

Get a quiet chassie, get quiet fans, get a fancontroller, remove all grills on the chassie, mount the fans with rubber, put the computer under the desk, as far away from you as possible.
